Residential Painting in Greater Cleveland

Most of our work is commercial, but we take residential projects in the same service area — and homeowners get the same written scope and the same crew.

Interior painting

Whole-home repaints, single rooms, ceilings, trim and doors, stairwells and railings. Interior work runs year-round, which makes winter the easiest time to schedule it in Northeast Ohio.

Exterior painting

Siding, trim, soffits, fascia, porches, decks and railings. Exterior season here runs March through November, weather-dependent at both ends.

Cabinet refinishing

Kitchen cabinet refinishing changes a kitchen for a fraction of replacement cost. It’s precise work — degreasing, sanding, priming and spraying — and it’s the residential service with the biggest visible payoff.

We spray cabinets both on-site and in a shop, depending on the job.

Drywall repair and patching

Holes, cracks, water damage, texture matching and settling repairs — usually as prep before painting, sometimes on their own.

Lead-safe work in older homes

Much of Greater Cleveland’s housing stock predates 1978. Federal law requires renovation, repair and painting work that disturbs paint in pre-1978 housing to be performed by a certified firm using lead-safe work practices.

[PLACEHOLDER: Alex’s EPA Lead-Safe RRP certification number and firm certification status. If not currently certified, this must be resolved before taking pre-1978 residential work — it is a legal requirement, not a marketing point.]

What it costs

We price after seeing the space, because the same-sized room can differ substantially in cost. What moves the number: total measured surface (walls, ceilings, trim, doors and window casings), ceiling height and whether stairwells or vaulted areas need staging, wall condition, number of colors and coats required, trim complexity, and whether the home is occupied.
