Project format
Each project entry should carry:
- Building type and segment
- City or area (not the exact street address unless the client approves it)
- Approximate square footage
- Scope — what was painted
- Coating system used
- Duration and whether the building stayed occupied
- 3–6 photos, including at least one wide shot showing scale
- Client quote, only if genuinely provided in writing

Photo collection notes for Alex
Shoot before, during and after on every job from here forward. Wide shots that show building scale matter more to commercial buyers than close-ups of a clean cut line. Phone photos in good light are fine — consistency beats production value.
