2. We walk the site. Commercial pricing requires seeing the building. We measure, check substrate condition, and identify access and scheduling constraints.
3. You get a written scope. Surfaces, prep level, coating system, coat count, schedule and price — typically within 3–5 business days of the walkthrough.
