Offices and storefronts have the tightest tolerance for disruption of anything we paint. Customers and staff are in the building, and the work has to disappear before the doors open.
What we paint
Lobbies and reception areas · open-plan office and private suites · corridors and stairwells · conference and break rooms · restrooms · storefronts and entry systems · demised tenant spaces between leases
Tenant turns
Vacant-suite repaints are the fastest work we do and the easiest to schedule. If you’re preparing a space for a new tenant, we can typically work continuously rather than in phases. [PLACEHOLDER: typical turnaround for a standard suite of [X] sq ft.]
Working around an open business
- After-hours and weekend crews so occupied areas are back in service each morning
- Phased areas rather than whole-floor shutdowns
- Low-odor and low-VOC products where staff return the next day
- Protected circulation paths, signage and daily cleanup
Alex’s Remod works standard business hours — off-hours crews aren’t currently offered.
What property managers ask us for
Certificates of insurance naming the building owner and management company as additional insured, W-9, and a written scope by suite. All standard — see credentials.
